If you just want to get fit and never get hit, that's fine. Sparring is optional, not mandatory. When we do spar, we emphasise speed, technique, and timing while controlling power. Safety is always the priority.
It doesn't matter how unfit or unconfident you are. Here you can have fun, get into great shape, master a martial art, learn self-defence, and release stress.
