Small Classes, High Energy Environment
We keep our classes intentionally small, with a maximum of around 20 people, so you always have enough space to train properly and receive individual coaching attention.
The sessions are high-energy and motivating, with music and lighting that help you stay focused and engaged, while still maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. You'll also have access to clean changing and bathroom facilities, making it easy to fit training into your daily routine.
